Harry G. Davis, Jr., founded Valley Solvent Company, Inc. in 1952, in Harlingen, Texas, with one truck, one tank, and one ideal, service with integrity and value. Originally, Harry served the Rio Grande Valley of Texas with a single cleaning solvent. Shortly thereafter he expanded the Company's product line to serve the predominantly agricultural market of south Texas.
